For over 30 years, Nancy Franco has been committed to and worked for social change. Beginning as an advocate (working at the Center for Community Change in Washington, D.C.), then editing a well-received expose' (Our Brothers' Keeper: The Indian in White America), building and leading a California-wide youth advocacy and development nonprofit, and then in 1981 beginning a sustained career as a managment and organizational consultant and coach with the Mangement Assistance Group (in Washington, D.C.). Working on her own now, Ms. Franco continues this emphasis and has added more and more work as an executive coach and thought partner for organizational leaders committed to social change.
